No exercise this morning. Just more sleep. And as I was just informed, no kickboxing at the gym this evening either.
Whew.
It looks like this evening will entail cheese omelettes all around (since they're easy to prepare) and early bedtimes. Then whatever I so choose... a bubble bath, a good book, some relaxation. Just as Dr. Jellyhead prescribed. :)
Wishful thinking anyway.

Sleep deprivation really sucks me dry, too. I get grumpy and function badly.

Kickboxing huh? That actually sounds like fun. If you're a fitness buff, you should check out crossfit.com. It's some of the most insane workouts I've ever heard of, but they're really good.
I've never been big on breakfast for dinner, but cheese omelette's sound pretty darn good.
I've learned that one should always follow Dr. Jellyhead's orders.
(But don't tell her I said that or she will get a swelled head!)
